Oh the irony…this picture was my actual feeling about body weight workouts before creating this program.
After traveling the world for five months, I found myself with no gym and a deep need for movement that I ENJOYED. That is a huge point of movement #amiright? I prefer weights over EVERYTHING. But that just wasn’t an option.
So, I birthed Body Weight for Weight Lifters because I NEEDED IT. A body weight/mini band set of workouts made for the woman who would rather be in the gym.
